The MV Tala has just come back from the dry dock looking better than ever. After a few additions she now has a new spacious Sun Deck that offers yet another space for our guests to bask in the sun between dives. We are constantly improving our boat to offer our return clients something to look forward to.

Playing Monkey Bash is usually laden with adrenalin and full of action. However when the participants are all professionals scooter riders the intensity multiplies. This video has two highly experienced teams. On one side you have Ben Mc Geever’s team. Ben is the designer of the x scooter and his team is very experienced in scooter building let alone scooter riding.

The MV Tala hosted the IDC crossover for 5 new UTD (Unified Team Diving) instructors. Andrew Georgitsis the founder of UTD was onboard for 10 days working on the development of the program and the instructors. Unified Team Diving offers dive education training based on the Hogarthian/DIR philosophy.

The support team had about 30 minutes of anxiety from the moment the divers started the decent until they shot the first SMB from 90 meters on the way up. The entire dive was enjoyable for all, and everyone was in high spirits throughout and happy to be involved in such a project.

The Longimanus or Oceanic White Tip Shark is a majestic predator that can be found in a few locations on the Red Sea. At Daedalus reef they can be found lurking under the boat in the afternoon. Usually they are aggressive and defensive. Makes you think twice about hanging a safety tank under the boat...

We had some leftover gas from the cave project and on the way back to Hurghada we stopped in the approximate location of the wreck,"El Quamar Il Saudi il Masri. We used our depth sounder in the only area south of Siyal Island that has a depth of 80m.
